This includes procurement of goods and equipment for own projects. As the supply often goes from land-based sources to offshore installation, procurement for offshore Projects frequently present challenges as offshore work proceed throughout the weekends and holidays while land-based activities are closed. Therefore, effective procurement planning and monitoring of supplier performance is critical to controlling the risks and costs involved in purchasing.



EPCI projects include other diciplines as HVAC, mechanics, welding, and architecture where EIT diciplines plays a major part.




NORSE TECHNOLOGYfabrication1 has previously completed major projects in petroleum-related onshore facilities. This has usually been large multidiscipline EPCI contracts, and has often been performed in collaboration with partners. The firm has also been engaged in the construction of modules, both fixed installations and onshore facilities.
